Ps 133 expounds in metaphor the precious gift of the God-glorifying communion of the saints. David compares the gift of brotherly love to blessings descending from the storehouses of glory reassuring the people of the Lord's favor, faithfulness, and sufficiency. Paired with the Lord's prayer in Mat 6:10, it is clear, one sign of God's will and kingdom present on this earth is the sweetness of Christian fellowship.
